Vintage Simplicity 5639 Hippie Style Smock Top Set Sewing patterns to create a unique and genuine look from the 70’s Smock Top with two different lengths and a pant or shorts option. 11 pieces in total The ribbon trimmed smock top gathered to yoke has a low square neckline and below elbow length, set in sleeves. Short Smock is below waist length. Long Smock with self-fabric sash is hip length. The pants and shorts have back zipper and waistband.
