These mugs are hand made in Deruta, Italy
All Deruta of Italy products are lead and cadmium free. They are dishwasher safe, and NOT recommended for microwave use.

@thejudester3235 I am not sure. I do know production of this pattern began in 1998. If these were actually made in 1998, then they would be vintage. However, I do believe they may still be in production. I did purchase them at an antique store. Feel free to make an offer for me to consider.
