This makes a great birth year gift! Outside canvas is the softer-more flexible kind. I personally like this kind better. Canvas has wear and fading. Some curl to edges. Snaps are strong. Inside leather has some scuffs from credit cards. I show multiple angles. Otherwise the leather is bold and bright still. The lining behind the credit card section is fully intact which is rare to find.
