2/$30: Black sequin Mustard Seed peplum strapless top

So cute and sparkly! I’ve worn this with the hanging straps and strapless and always got compliments. Could easily fit a small, too. Zips up the side. Got this at a small boutique in Florida! I wore this for New Years Eve.
