50s 60s blue shirtwaist dress, short sleeves, belt, M/L, button front, no pocket

This is a vintage light blue shirtwaist dress, probably from the 1950s or 1960s. It has short sleeves that can be rolled or left longer. Removable belt that is designed in a way that makes it somewhat expandable. Floral applique on bodice. Round neck, no collar. No pockets. No stretch. No labels. Fabric content is possibly cotton. Size - medium/large estimated pit-pit 20" waist 16" hip 30" or free (could wear a petticoat under this) length 41" sleeve 9" rolled, 12" unrolled belt 30" + 18" ties at each end Condition - I would say this is good condition. 1 half of a snap is missing. 1 belt loop needs to be reattached. 1 spot. 1 shoulder looks slightly soiled. Very faint fading at 1 shoulder. I consider this dress, very, very wearable. I have not washed it. Hanger checked
