80s Handmade Teal Green Vtg Prom Lace Overlay Dress and Mermaid Hem

Gorgeous teal green mermaid hem 80s prom party dress is handmade with a matching teal lace overlay and 3 rosettes along the low scoop back! Tank style with a sweetheart neckline. Fitted sheath fit with an inset lace piece that makes the kicky mermaid hem in back. Sewn-in cups. Back zip with hook and eye closure. Estimated late 80s-early 90s. Very well made!! Great vintage condition! No flaws to note! Cleaned and ready to wear. No size tags as it's hand made, but fits like a Medium! Shown on my size 4/6 dress form, unpinned, and there is some room.
