The overlay is 100% Polyester. This is a cute spring and summer top to wear with dress pants or casually with jeans. It is sleeveless but the overlay material does drape slightly over the shoulder. The rayon/spandex lining provides a stretch to the material; therefore, it does not feel tight around the bust. The overlay hides things nicely ;). No damage, tears or snags.
