Sunday in Brooklyn for Anthropologie. this beautiful dress is a shimmery sapphire/navy velvet plisse. It has a surplice top, tulip skirt hem, dolman sleeves and a grilled elastic waist. This is as amazingly flattering combination! This a kirt is lined from the waist to the highest tulip fold. Made from Poly/spandex that freaks like a crushed velvet and a rayon lining. Size XS- but has a generous 3” stretch at the waist. Because of the dolman sleeves there is not really an accurate pit-put measurement. There are photos of all the measurements.
