This will need to be replaced. The hook is there but the part it hooks into is missing. Dress does have built in crinoline/netting to give skirt a full flared look. Waist measurement from end to end is 14.5 inches Top of waist to longest part of skirt hem is 48 inches. Strap to strap length across neck area is 10.5 inches Armpit to armpit measurement is 20.5 inches Halter bottom band measures 16 inches across. ***This dress has been worn.
