American Eagle Jeans Distressed size 14 - 33waist Mens or Womans?

I have a pair of American Eagle Jeans, no tags for size. I believe them to be a womens size 14, but they could also be a mens. They have a flare leg with the bottom measuring 10.5'". Waist Measurement is 33", and the inseam is 17.5"or so. Please check photos there is some distressed area on the bottom of the jeans as well. We ship next day!
