Avalon Sport Jacket Los Angeles Youth Or Small Woman's Jacket

This beautiful waterproof sport jacket is marked size 14/16, but I believe that has to be a child size, because it is way too small for me, and I wear a 10. Please look at the measurements carefully! I have it listed in children's AND women's, because it would fit a size S, XS, or size 6 woman and look great! It is brand new with tags. It is kind of a bluish-gray, I had to adjust the color because my phone camera couldn't get it right. If I made it TOO blue, please forgive!
