nayomes Hi! Are these waterproof or leather? Also wondering what the white staining in the footbed by the toe is- could it be washed out?

baccolika @nayomes I was able to wipe out the white. They are a foam footbed - they look in line with other similar shoes which are stated to be waterproof. My hesitation is the upper part of the shoe the inside seems more felt-like than the foam texture. Definitely not leather.
