Barbie Activities Fashion Decorator 1993 Vintage Mattel 10381 with refill kit

This item appeared to be an open box so I did remove it, but upon closer inspection it has never been fully taken out of the packaging or used! I also have a refill kit that will come along with it including another fashion for Barbie with more beautiful decorations Sold as pictured.
