This dress is a mini mini! Make sure you are 5'3" or under for this baby and you've got your dress! Or taller ladies can wear it as a tunic! This navy dress has black lace appliqués on the sleeves, button closure at the wrists, and velcro front closure. *This dress is labeled small, but it's a sample that's 2” shorter than the produced dress—making it perfect for petite ladies!
