Beautiful blue paisley bell sleeve tunic with pockets‎

I love this tunic, 3/4 style bell sleeves, criss cross v neck design. The only tag on it says 3XL, it does not have a brand or tag that states what material it's made out of. It's like a silk like polyester feel without much stretch. I included all flat lay measurements so please see all photos. No holes, rips, or stains. From a pet and smoke free home
