Pre-owned Billabong mini dress with lace for women in size S. There is black lace detailing on the front and sides of the dress. On the sides and in some parts of the lace it is tearing. The straps are adjustable. In three spots there is very small dots that do not come out, I’m pretty sure that it’s part of the material (photo six & seven). Make an offer, just want to get rid of it.
