These are a good quality athletic Capri without a brand or size tag. They are 88% polyester with 12% spandex which gives these good support and stretch. I am sizing these a medium. I wear a large and can get these on but are tight on me. To be sure, I have measured the front waist without stretching and they measure approximately 16 inches.
