Blue/Pink Plaid Dress size XL

From Reborn, this unique dress is perfect for layering or worn alone. The top is a nylon, stretchy fabric and the handkerchief hem skirt has a soft brushed flannel feel to it, but the fabric is actually quite light. Size XL and new without tags. This dress has never been worn, but it certainly looks comfortable! New condition size XL. See pictures for P-P measurement.
