You listed it a size 11 @poshocadotoast a 44 is usually a US 11 & 45-US 12. Not sure of how these fit. Do you normally wear size 11?

@bavalons According to a general size chart, they can range from US 11-11.5. These are from Zara so they may be different. I believe Zara says they are about a US 12.
