The laptop protector that is usually inserted in here is missing but cases for your laptop are easy to find. This is a great size for day traveling and very easy to maneuver. The wheels work great and the handle slides up and down with ease. There are a few dings on the handle but nothing major.  Zippers all work great and the construction on these are fantastic! Enjoy!
