Brown Skinny Hook Waist Rope Fashion Belt Size S/M

Belt in good preowned condition. Features brown leather loops and gold hardware. The back portion looks like a rope and does not stretch well. There is no size mentioned on the belt. For reference my mannequin is a size M. Please see measurements.
