Extremely rare charm. About an inch wide and and inch tall. I had a black dog that looked so much like Toto which is why I bought this. I never attached it to a bag. This came from a very rare Coach x Wizard of Oz Charms, Hang Tags set. That set included Glinda’s Wand, the Wicked Witch Hat, Toto and the Ruby Red slipper. That set is going for $500 elsewhere.
