It is made of a great soft chenille type fabric with appliqued velvet flowers. In a multi colored fabric with will go with about anything. Fully lined. size - small bust - 37" length - 25" sleeve length - 19" Cold water creek The shell is made of 64% cotton, 20% rayon, 10% polyester. Lining is made of 100% rayon./ It is on the larger size of a small so I would say more like Small/Medium Machine wash inside out in cold water and line dry. In great condition.
