Just over 5” across. 3” wide (sizes approximated) Stunning brooch with such a rich amount of brilliant colors and a variety of shapes. This piece is rare to find. Pictures do not do this gorgeous piece of jewelry justice. Jay Strongwater no longer creates jewelry. His primary focus is currently on home design. Jay Strongwater designs are created from sketches from which finely detailed clay molds are made. Metal is poured into the mold and hand polished. The mold is covered in layers of 14k gold. A palette of enamel colors are mixed by hand - painted with needles and brushes, heated to a hard - glossy sheen. The Swarovski crystals-multifaceted spectrums of brilliant colors are individually set over the surface adding a layer of sparkling delight.
