Genuine Cornell University Top of the World Caps “One Fit” licensed collegiate merch complete with official hologram stickers in tact. One hat stickered atop brim and other hat stickered under brim. Classic curved brim fitted baseball style cap. 97% cotton + 3% spandex provides ultimate comfort and range of fit (both the body panel material and the internal headband are flexible/elastic). windowshpr @dodie2244 Hi— inside circumference is 21” around but the flex fit can stretch +2”. Alternatively if you prefer we also have a similar sized red CORNELL cap in our closet that does have an adjustable rear velcro strap. The rear strap adjusts to add upto +3”

windowshpr @dodie2244 Both the flex-fit and the velcro-back hats are in this closet with lots of pics. We have 2 identical flex fits and only 1 velcro back left. Age 3-4 should work— try measuring the circumference of their heads to confirm
