CashFlow Investing 101 Rich Dad Poor Dad Robert Kiyosaki Board Game, Complete!

This has been used a few times. Three of the pencils have worn erasers and several sheets from the writing pad have been used. A few of the cards have signs of use. The box has wear on the bottom and edges from use. The rest of the game looks great. The game board, pieces, cards, chips, and most of the cards are in great condition.
