Cultured freshwater pearl and hand painted Italian tile earrings 18kt gold over sterling silver. Italian design. These tiles are created from lava stones from Mt. Vesuvius into gold over 925 sterling silver settings. Tile is approximately 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch. 9mm Pearls Stamped on the back.
