@nerezzaxo this line That Fossil group is lecensed to create (fossil created all Diesel watches and jewelry) was made with China silver (look it up) giving it the impure mixed tarnished silver finish.
the line failed and was later changed to stainless steel
this is not Chanel, versace or Dior.
look up e bay comparables from the same collection are selling cheaper then the original tag priced for used necklaces.
nobody is claiming it to be a collectors piece . good luck with that
