Pit to pit approx 18”waist about16” (will adjust ), width across at hip about 20”.. again will adj slightly with out unwrapping. I would say fits 12/14 best. I’m a 16 and too small for me🥲. My loss is your gain! Has one side slit . Ties at waist. Flounce short sleeve. . Overall length is 58” .
