Eye Candy Hi/Low Fringed Short Sleeve Top Size XL

This fun short sleeve hi/low fringed top is from Eye Candy. The item has a scoop neck. The fringe along the bottom is a wonderful pattern. (see photo) The top is done in a blue and white pattern. The body is made out of 95% rayon and 5% spandex.The size is XL. The measurements are 35” L (back) x 23” L (front) x 21” W (pit to pit) x 6” sleeve (shoulder to cuff). The wonderful top has been gently worn but is in very good condition.
