Flutter sleeve tiered mini dress

Never worn Blue and white striped mini dress Medium Tiered Flutter sleeve Armpit to armpit 17” Length 34” The material is a light sort of nylon material. I ordered it online and paid $64 but it was t what I expected. It’s really pretty but I was hoping for a heavier cotton. This is light and airy.
