I believe this is a Frank Hess unsigned necklace for Miriam Haskell 1940s Amazing shape to the hand-turned bells; bells have different colored beads inside along with a color snowflake type design piece. Chain is gold tone and each has a design Colors remind me of a Christmas Necklace with the red bells and colored beads inside Measures about 15" Pre-owned & needs cleaning
