NWT Free People Cinnamon color boho mini dress. Plunging V neckline, sheer balloon sleeves, lace detailing. Back is open with tassel tie. Waist is rouched for stretch with a bow finish. Flirty silhouette! Dress is new with tags. However, as pictured bottom hem has a couple tiny bleach splats which I only noticed on final inspection.
