Ordered 5 different color beads from a jerk seller (ugh from China, my mistake right there! ). They sent 2 bags that were incorrect. Should have received orange and red. I asked to exchange, and they said it's not the wrong color. It's a factory mistake. Excuse me? So the factory changed the definition of red? Argh! I asked for a refund, and they said no because some of them are right. That's like saying, "Well, you got most of the puzzle pieces!" Anyway, that's my rant. I'm just trying to get my money back. It's my fault for trying to get a bargain!
