These excellent running shoes have been worn just once for a short (1.5 mile) run. Trying out a different brand of shoe but not quite right for me. They have good cushion and are very sturdy for trails (stones, sticks, etc.) but would also do fine on a smooth surface if you may need additional ankle or foot support. Also very lightweight. Size is 8.5 M - I went up a half size and the fit is very good. Navy with lime green and blue accents.
