The bowl of the canister stands 5.25" without the lid and 7" with the lid on. The bowl measures 7.75 inches across from outside edge of handle to outside edge of handle. The canister is marked with HALL, Made in U.S.A., 474. It is also impressed HALL. The lid appears to be copper over tin or aluminum. It also has a brass hook style handle on the lid and lidded candle holder. **There is some tarnish on the stand/base.**
