This cute vintage and rare plastic Hello Kitty Plate is copyrighted 1976 and 1988. Features Hello Kitty with her Teddy Bear. The plate is in great condition with some light scratches from normal wear but nothing deep or disfiguring. There is information stamped on the back written all in Japanese.
