I would put money on it being vintage based on the color pattern and feel of the yarn, but can’t guarantee that. Feels like a synthetic yarn. Best fitted for an young child probably 6-9 years. Measures approx 16” in length from center of collar to longest point in length. Wingspan is approx 40”. Please measure to ensure it will give the fit you are looking for.
