Hercules infrared control helicopter NIB

NIB never opened charged or used Hercules infrared control helicopter with built in gyro system 3D full function/8way directional control. we bought this for our son many years ago and he literally put it up in closet and never touched it so maybe someone else will use it? similar model to the last picture but different color scheme. LOC B8
