The second picture makes it look as though it’s semi backless; it’s not. My photo app took out the white fabric. Dress has a tulle underskirt which peeks out the bottom of the dress. 97 percent cotton, 3 spandex tulle. Length measures (from shoulder) 34 inches and bust measures 16 inches across. SU1
