Hot & Cold Facial Mask

Used once or twice hot and cold facial mask. Cold Therapy Cool down the mask to help reduce irritation, swelling, redness, acne and fevers. This cold compress is also great for acute pain relief, reduce headaches, pore size and wrinkles. Place in the freezer for 2 hours for best cooling results. Do not leave on face longer than 20 minutes. Hot Therapy Turn up the heat to help increase blood circulation, relax facial muscles, relieve tension, mitigate migraines and headaches, create a glowing complexion, and reduce dark circles under your eyes. Place in the microwave for 10 second intervals. Do not leave on face for longer than 20 minutes.
