INC 12 Blue Pencil Skirt

This INC pencil skirt is in excellent preowned condition. It’s marked as a size 12. It’s made of a dark blue cotton blended fabric with no lining. It has white piping along the edges and panels. The front has an insert panel that gives slots up both legs. The back closes with a zipper and hook & eye.
