It is two pieces with the bottom being a tank dress with black on black floral design and the top is 3/4 length sleeves and kind of sheer material with side slits at the bottom to let the bottom piece show through. Size is XS Petite and measures approximately pit to pit 18.5 inches and length is 49 inches. Good condition.
