Jones Wear Vintage Dress NWT Black Professional Size 12

This is a brand new Jones Wear Dress with tags attached it was purchased in the early 90’s and has never been worn. Beautiful and professional dress. There is no zipper so I would size down. It is a size 12. Classic well made dress. Chest measures 19” and the seam at the waist measures 19”. Length from shoulder to hem is 44”.
