Kathie Lee Collection 100% polyester flower pattern black maxi skirt.Side 8in zipper with elastic back waistband and solid front band. Does have a little give because of the elastic, but not alot. Semi sheer so would probably need to wear a slip underneath. Does have a couple of what look like pulls but they are not rips or tears to the material otherwise in very great condition Approximately 35in from waist to end hem.
