Metal adjustments on backpack straps adjust to change the tightness of straps. Please note that as a Y2K backpack, the dimensions of the cell phone pouch may not hold current cellphones with typical dimensions (ie smart phones). Condition: Good used condition. Small fraying of seam at top near start of straps (see picture) Metal adjustment clasps on backpack straps have some scratching and there are some indentations and marks of the buckles on the straps.
