Such a cute dress! It's a popover sheath dress in navy and has cream colored little birds printed all over. It's has a keyhole button back closure. !/2 sleeves with rollups and button straps. Rounded neck and it's fully lined. It's a size small and around knee length. Looks oversized to me so refer to measurements. Good pre-owned condition.
