lookingvalish @paulasmith845 I know!! But you have to hold your ground. Some do try to lowball. I really had a lesson a couple weeks ago. List price was69. I made an offer for 60. Customer countered 30!!!!! I looked at her closet and all items were 145 and up!! And she has been liking the listing for 6 months!
