These pants have 3 pockets. 2 of the pockets are on each side of the pants and are pretty deep. You can place your cell phone in these pockets. The other pocket is located inside the waist. you can stick a locker/house key in there. The pants are 82% polyester and 18% spandex. Great for working out or going for long walks!
