Madeira Creations Vintage Faux Turquoise Ring

Madeira Creations ring with jewelry box. The best I can figure out is that this would have been made in the 60's or 70's. I have to assume that the stone is faux turquoise and not real. Some of the plating has chipped off of the ring but I don't think it is very noticeable. The measurement of the ring is approximate since the shape isn't perfect but it is adjustable.
